Hobbies:   Smokes enjoys fly fishing and tying, 3D archery, shot gunning, and spending time in the outdoors.  He also enjoys American history - chiefly the War for Independence and the Civil War.  A little-known fact is that Smokes was named to the 2007 All Star Napping Team for his superb form in the Side Sleeping competition.  He is a big fan of classic rock, with a special fondness for the Boss.  Smokes can also to brew a cup of coffee that has been known to eliminate all competition during board games.

How he do:  After awakening to the fact that casting a fly is not an ability that God handed down to a chosen few, Smokes got with the program in 2002 and was added to the Team in 2004.  The quest for the elusive x-ring kept him sidelined for most of 2006, but he vows to make a comeback in 2007.  He was able to read extensively about fishing and tying while working for the US government, and perfected his stroke under the tutelage of Megastar.  Since moving to the East, he has spent the majority of his fishing time on the local waters of the LL and Mighty Mo'.  Smokes thinks it a wonderful thing that many areas celebrate the arrival of the Trico hatch with grandiose displays of fireworks.
